Cintex Wireless is a program provided by HTH Communications serving eligible households. To participate in the Cintex Wireless service, certain eligibility requirements must be met, which are set by each State where the service is provided. These requirements are based on a person’s participation in State or Federal Support Programs, or by meeting the Income Poverty Guidelines as defined by the U.S. Government. Cintex Wireless service is limited to one person per household.

HTH Communications is recognized globally and one of the largest Mobile Devices Distributors in the U.S. It is also one of the largest "No-Contract" cellular service providers in the U.S. via its affiliates, SFone Wireless and TX Mobile, a premier aggregator with hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

At SFone Wireless, our formula to success is simple – exclusively focusing on prepaid cell phones and service. Unlike other prepaid providers, we do not require customers to enter into a service contract. Our customers enjoy the freedom we offer – No Bills, No Contracts, No Surprises – they are in full control. Prepaid is all we do, and we have over thousands of subscribers because we do it better than anyone else.

We believe that a cell phone ownership is not only a right, but an important tool for an individual success in today's world. Everyone should have a cell phone and the ability to know what their cell phone service will cost, without paying more than they want or can afford. At Cintex Wireless, we allow our customers to maintain a cell phone for as low as possible without any hidden fees

Lifeline Assistance is a federal government program supported by the Universal Service Fund. While the service is subsidized by the government, the cell phones are provided by Cintex Wireless. Enrollment is available to individuals who qualify based on federal or state-specific eligibility criteria. The goal of the Lifeline program is to ensure that qualifying low-income households have access to basic telecommunication services and we believe in offering quality service, hassle free, in order to keep everyone connected without the need for a contract or credit check.
